Urban Scape and LandScape

Tom Price:
    • Sunset and Sunrise have the best landscape natural lighting
    • Clouds and fading light help create a mood
Darren Rowse:
  • Longer focal lengths are useful for capturing the details of building and street scenes
  • Wide angle lenses tend to give a bigger depth of field which can add interest and a nice feel to your shots.
Places:
Town Lake
Lamar Bridge
360 Bridge
Roof top of a building downtown

Equipment:
monopod or tripod
wide angle lens
camera bag

Tip 1: Use the sky to your benefit.
Tip 2: If a river or stream flows through the landscape you are shooting, think about the character of it and how to convey that character in the image
